How to Post in Your Watch

Step 1

Contact me with details about the watch, any problems you've had and when it was last serviced. I'll reply as soon as I can and let you know if I can help.

Step 2

Come back here and order a "watch service by post pack" (below). We will post you a pre-paid mailing box and protective wrapping to put your watch in.

Step 3

Check your insurance! We have never had a watch stolen or go missing with UPS. But, be cautious. Couriers have harsh exclusions for valuable watches. If your watch is a mentioned item on your home insurance or you have specialist watch insurance, it may cover you for sending by courier to a service centre. If not, we recommend using https://www.secursus.com. It's very quick and easy to purchase one-off cover and is ideal for watches.

Step 4

You can drop your pack at any UPS access point or ask us to arrange UPS to collect your watch directly from you.*

Step 5

Once the watch is inspected, you will receive a quote. You can then decide if you want to go ahead or have the watch returned to you. If you go ahead with the repair or service, the £50 inspection fee will be deducted from the final bill. For a rough idea of what the service will cost, please see our prices page.
